There are many posts on the forum that are well written and enriching. There are times when a person has nothing to add or comment, but would like to show appreciation for such a post.
I know it may be too much in a technical sense since I know it is difficult to maintain the forum. Anyway, is there any chance of creating the like button?

That would be awesome! When I first said about that kind of button, I didn't actually think of it as something possible....it's good to know it's not something utopic.

that's about as good as it will be, unfortunately. We've discussed this once a long time back and as I understood there isn't a way of creating one on this board.

It's okay. We can improvise....we could all agree ( or just the mods) on a sign/emoticon we could use when we have no words but we want to express our admiration...
