Good to see you checking in Lee So, you're all settled in at a new place, excellent. Moving can be such a pain, does Reiki help with that? Really this is a serious question. Everything involved in moving is so stressful, would it help the move go more smothly or help one recover from the stress more quickly?

Thank you, I'm glad to stop by more often Reiki and Energy Healing can help with everything. For me it's most about what you need during those times to help get through them easier. For me it was sleep when I could get it or finding a place to relax to help ease up the stress on my mind. I had to stay at a hotel during the move and when I woke up in the morning to get food the view I saw was breath taking. It got me to stop and look around. I relaxed right away and took some time to appreciate the beauty I was seeing. It helped a lot and made me feel good about myself to take time to do the thing I wanted to in the middle of hurricane of events.
