Spell to Charge Tea

Hi,
I've been just wandering around some sites trying to learn a bit, when this spell came along (wasn't looking for anything). It interest me because I LOVE tea, so I was just curious about any thoughts you guys might have about it--

Over your cup of tea, move your hand in a clockwise direction 3 times and say:

"I am the tool you are the fire
fill this cup with all I desire.”

Swirl the tea in the cup and drink it. This should give you a boost in magic and also this is a excellent way to gain more magical experience.
