Garden Altar Ideas? Anyone?

Sadly, I didn't get the gardening done as hoped. My in laws came for a three week visit. When they visit they usually take my son for their stay. I was kid free for three weeks! But, I wasn't feeling the greatest. Found out I was pregnant and then a week later, miscarried. Now, it's towards the end of the season. My sage is growing beautifully though. My garden altar is incomplete :/
