Can't figure out this reading

Hi,
I did a 3 spread reading, using Situation/problem/ action.
And the cards came out like this: Situation: the world/Problem: empress reversed/ Action: 6 of swords.
Can anyone help me figure what's the meaning please.

What is your understanding of "situation, problem, action"?

I've never come across this type of spread.

The Situation is the current situation, what i'm thinking about.
The problem is what's the problem of such thing, what's keeping me apart from doing such thing.
And the action, what should i do to overcome the problem.
Most of all, i couldn't understand what 6 of swords mean when is comes to Action.
