Asherah is complex and yet at the same time very poorly understood. Many of the biblical authors, not all, sought to wipe her worship out among the Israelites. She also had the title of God's wife.
I suspect she is likewise a goddess of witchcraft and magic. Since there's not much information I decided to make a list.
