Anybody feeling a energy surge

I couldn't sleep last night I had to take sleeping which is rare for me.

I wasn't able to sleep either. Actually, this week has been off for me. I've been functioning on 2-3 hours of sleep a night.

So the first night of camping I felt that surge, it was pretty crazy. I have a sneaking suspicion for me, it had to do with being a highly sensitive person.

I felt like crying most of the day.. started into past eating at restaurant..
In hotel.. it has been back and fourth all day.. got such headache..
There is no veil to hold the past and present in.. sigh..
My cat sat on my lap and slept we both astral projected... it's hard to wake up.
