A Weight Is Finally Lifted

I've finally told someone something that is be kept secret from everyone for so long. I just feel relieved about it. I told my bff about it, cus I felt that she would accept my confession the most and not judge me. I cried and she squeezed me into a large hug. I couldn't even tell the counselor this back when I was middle school. It's my 22nd Birthday today, and it's also the day I've finally told my biggest secret that I thought I would take to the grave. Please even if your ashamed of something you've kept bottled up inside you, just tell someone, even if it's one person. Trust me you will feel better even if it's a little.
