Great list! I do a lot of kabbalistic work, and I do add some things for Da'ath. I thought I'd throw those out there for people, in case. These aren't listed in a book anywhere, but they work for me:

Archangel: Azrael works better for me, and the demon Choronzon can function as an archangel, although that can be dangerous.

Aspect of Psyche: my Da'ath work tends to deal with the subconscious

Divine Name: while there isn't one FOR Da'ath, Elohim from Binah can be borrowed successfully in many cases.

Again, these aren't in a book anywhere that I've seen, just from my working notes
