I hadn't really thought about enlisting a spiritual familiar. This is where you may run into problems, because if you go a moon cycle without engaging the familiar in any way, or otherwise feeding it spiritual energy, I think it will dissipate. However, if you could be so dedicated to give it a boost religiously without fail, then you may be on to something there. But then again this is where I had thought about the Egregore...which is an energy entity that builds up over time, this energy is specific to the group, corporation or location. But that gets constantly fed by those who gather there and the Egregore feeds off of the energy expelled by those who gather there, and creates itself...and has a life of it's own.
