Meditative Yoga

Hi everyone!

I know meditating is kind of difficult for a lot of people at first. For me, it's hard to concentrate while sitting still. I found that yoga is really meditative for me. I like looking at the yoga videos on YouTube and then turning it off and just having some quiet time with the poses. There are also several websites for finding poses.

I think it really helps when you're moving because you can feel the blood flow and it makes it easier to concentrate inward. I also have some achiness sometimes, so it feels really good to just stretch it out.

Does anyone else here do yoga? What are your favorite poses? Have you guys tried Kundalini yoga? What is it?
