That is a totally great book, Nerys Think I picked it up at Costco shortly after it was published. She has some great drink recipes in there, I'm actually going to make the elderflower fizz tonight, hope it ferments fast !! I like to have it in the ritual cup for Bealtaine.

Edit....will have to gather more blossoms for the fizz, I let the ones I had get too dry. No matter ...will grind for a really nice soft powder that is good for the skin.

Currently reading all the old Perry Mason novels,and I am amazed at all the racism in there though I should have expected it considering when they were written.
