Hi, everyone! It's definitely been a hot minute. I miss regularly logging into different forums as a teen. This is the only one that's still active. I might start posting book reviews on here of the non-baneful witchcraft books I have to do my part. (But that means I actually have to sit down and read... uh oh!)

I am using it but it is true that people rarely use this forum. Mostly now, discord is the center of witchcraft stuff. You may dislike it, as I do, but it is as it is.

The thing is, discord has its advantages but also disadvantages. For instance, community is very active and you can get help at any time. You have links for books or basically material for learning. However, all chat is like a big chatbox where you don't have a grip of what is being said. On the forum, you have a thread and you find what you want to talk about. Here, you don't have. You may talk about something but it will get lost.

They introduced threads few months ago to mimic forums so it is somewhat close to it.

I really don't like the site at all ~ I would literally never go there for any reason

forums make sense ~ I like forums until a moderator gets me for something

I have my own forum at proboards.com ~ I keep it in maintenance mode so it's private ~ I have an online book of shadows there and everything else in my life

if someone wanted to communicate with me they would have to find another way because I would never use discord

I won't use facebook either

and the adult social network site that I'm probably not supposed to talk about here

it would be a shame if I couldn't mention it because it's probably the only website on the internet that is actually useful & free
