Hi, I'm in desperate need for a willpower spell. I'm a smoker who gained weight and I am super unhappy with myself which in turn reflects on other people including my poor boyfriend who has to expierence my constant moodie'ness (a word?? lol)!!
I just serching for something that will give me an extra push into quiting the disgusting habbit of ciggarettes and that will make me see myself in a more positive way....
I'd create my own but tell you the truth I'm scared i'll go to far with it and weave up something I cant control!! i was never great at making my own spells!! So i'd appreciate a helping hand!

Self control Spell
Purple candle
2 acorns
Light the candle hold the acorns one in each hand and meditate on your desire. Feel the strenght and power of the acorns pulsate in your hands as you chant:
Gracious Goddess I ask you now
Strengthen my will and give it power
With these seeds of strength I say
Keep my tobacco urges at bay
Seeds of oak, seeds of power
Increase my will with every hour
Do this that I ask of thee
As I will so mote it be
Leave the acorns in front of the candle until the candle burns out
then carry them with you keeping them close. If the urge hits you take the acorns into your hands and say
Mighty seed of oak I say
Keep these harmful urges away.
