today I am grateful for all Mother earth gives us

I've been vacuuming, and picking up; feeling my age and physically challenged to keep up with routine household chores, and cleaning up behind 2 sick cats (sigh) and feeling sorry for myself as well as the cats. So, as I took out the trash. I stopped to admire the rose bush blooms. Then I heard them before I saw them, as 3 Canada geese were flying toward me. They have the whole sky to choose from, but flew right over me. It's been months since I've seen any geese. (The C. goose is my totem.) i watched them into the distance then just bowed my head; and when I eventually came inside, it was directly to share this small blessing on a tired "old bird."

I'm grateful that yesterday is over.
Not that yesterday sucked or anything. But the world didn't end sometime between then and now, and that's pretty rad.

I’m grateful for my wonderful “Stay-cation”!!!!! I have not been on vacation in over a year and I needed this time to clear my head, relax and do NOTHING.

I'm grateful that this place is still here. There are so few resources that are a collective point of view. With the creation of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook etc there are some great sites out there but they are either focused on one person working, or they are aggy places full of arguments.

This place is a great resource and I'm grateful to it.

Today I am grateful for my end of treatment appointment and the journey this has taken me on in the last 3 months. So glad it's over. Perhaps forever, and boy will I be so grateful for that day, should be equinox 2019. I plan to be back for that announcement.

I'm also grateful for finidng some inner strength, healing and wisdom

And I'm grateful to see my friend Tylluan re-join this community, it was such a synchronistic exchange it must be the right path! I bet we learn a great deal from each other. And my dear, do you see I stole your idea for this thread from somewhere else? Thank you

Hoozah! After an unreasonable delay following water-main repairs in Jan 2017, the smashed public sidewalk in front of my house got replaced this past Aug 2018 & today my dug up & destroyed front lawn, at-long-last (&before snowfall), has been leveled & reseeded at no cost to me. That's big. It took several phone calls to the City who dropped rhe ball, but the sub-contracted trench-digging company's secretary responded & followed through when the work crews fell short. Bright blessings to her. Yes!!

Today I am grateful for many things,
Being with mom for Thanksgiving, the beautiful day after the brief rain...poofy clouds and all is renewed, being able to tollerate the narc brother who is sucking me dry, the sweet autumnal boquets we placed on granda ma and dads graves just now, the birds that were tweeting happily while at the cemetery, the yummy smells coming out of the kitchen!, ummmmm, can hardly wait!, the open ened time following this holiday so that I may visit bio family after here, and most of all, ...
gratefull to have arrived at 6 decades!
