Beginner: Please help
I'm trying to find my spirit/guardian guide right now. Beginner to all of this. So please go easy on me. Is there any books that I should purchase that I should know about? Is there any walk through meditation videos on Youtube. They seem to help me out the best. What should I do? Your help and advice will be most helpful. Thank you.

Beginner: Please help
I'm no expert in this field but I would have to say meditation would be the way to start. And the more the better. James Von Praag, a famous medium, says they communicate using the throat chakra too. Haven't read any books on this but I'm sure there are tons. I hope you find a good one.
