For a while now I've been feeling really repressed. All the spells I've done haven't gone through and my head feels really cloudy. My energy feels really odd. Does anyone have any advice?

If you have been doing a lot of spells, it's possible that you've burned yourself out for a while.

If I were you, I'd drink mostly water and avoid sweets for a while. Salt baths are good... doing lots of grounding and meditation, that would be good. Don't do any more spells, divination or expending of energy. Try to recharge. Yep, I agree with the "burned out" diagnosis.
Caffeine is NOT good for burnout, at least in my experience. Your mileage may vary.

My recomendation, sit out in nature if it isn't to cold where you live. Sit under a tree on a bench, or even walk along a trail. being out in the great outdoors should do something to renergize you a good bit. If you go outdoors though, don't over do it by runnign ten miles or anything like that. Then you might be physically exuastes on top of you currant troubles.

I felt sorta like that for a while. I think you just need to "rediscover" your passion. Try to read something inspirational, or watch a show on ghost or mediums. I know that seeing other people practicing the occult, inspires me, and fuels my confidence, which comes out in my magick. I think your spark is burning a little low. FIND YOUR INSPIRATION! lol

if you're feeling numb and depressed for a period of months, I would strongly suggest speaking to a mental health professional, or at least your family doctor- who will probably refer you to a mental health professional.
Whatever is going on, it sounds like somethign that you need help dealing with.

Are you weather sensitive? My brother and I both tend to get really depressed around wintertime.
My mom went out and bought the special light bulbs that use the same light frequency as the sun, worked like a charm.
