Has anyone ever seen it? I have mixed feelings about it, but the Irish guys are so cute I watched it a few times. If you have seen it, tell me what you thought.

I absolutely love Boondock Saints. Aside from the brothers being hot (I'm a huge fan of the older one!), it brings up a lot of good points about apathy, community and values. While it's hard to say 'These guys are right to take it upon themselves to kill a bunch of guys they think are bad', the point is that everyone has been ordained by (the powers that be) to get involved and stop bad people. As the priest says in his opening sermon, 'the people stood by and watched as the woman was raped and murdered, and they did nothing'. The movie simply is saying 'Do Something'.

I loved this movie...
And i agree with Sercee, that the movie is telling you to just do something...
And i don't think it is right to take 'justice' into your own hands and start killing criminals, but you also can't just stand by, and watch people destroy themselves and others...

I loved the movie, I've watched it several times and I'll watch it some more. The subject on whether they were right or wrong is up to debate, but it's just a movie and either you appreciate the plot or you don't.
And yes, the Brothers..

Whew! lol
