Protection help

Postby Observantcat » Sun May 12, 2019 7:08 pm

I'm sorry if this is in an old post. Right now my mind is clouded and scrambled.

I feel drawn to nature, water, fire, and the unseen within.

I'm looking at possibly finding some symbols that can be used as a barrier, protection, like a veil?

Ive read of smudging, salt, iron, and holy water, and selinite.

But i'm talking about my own hands.

I'm finding myself drawn to celtic, (and scottish) and nordic symbols

Which traditional protective symbols, braids, knots would be of that type?

Thankyou all!

The cross is the classic.

Instead of being only Christian - the cross can mean light, faith, proof. They use it like an asterix in essays sometimes. Symbols literally are not property of religions, they are cosmic thoughts, free to all who understand self.
