Getting back into Wicca/my spirituality

Hello all!
It's been a long time since I last logged onto this site, and I've gone through a lot since then.
I started falling out of my spirituality and Wicca and lost my spirituality all together for probably a year and a half.
I've noticed that my lack of spirituality has caused issues for me and I've started to reconnect with my spirituality and specifically with Wicca again.
Is there anyone who has gone through this before and has tips for reconnecting with Wicca after having a falling out? It would be very helpful if you could share

As a teenager it's harder for me to go through this journey alone.
Thank you so much!
Blessed be!

Not specific to Wicca, but find a way to incorporate a daily practice into your routine. Don't make it something too long or difficult, short and sweet means you're more likely to stick with it. Even on days you're rushed. Even on days when you're sick or don't feel well. Something like a small ritual before bed, 5 to 10 minutes of meditation, prayer before dinner, a shower ritual, reciting prayer beads, doing a quick divination in the morning, even something keeping a gratitude journal or a dream journal, etc. Something that you can commit to doing daily. Having that will help you keep connected, even if you're in a period where you can't or don't want to do much else.

Falling out of rhythm with spirituality is normal, so I hope you don't beat yourself up over it. I think part of it is our minds need an adjustment period before we can go into deeper connections with the spiritual path that draws us. A vibrational upgrade goes in stages of awareness & transformation. It's not a steady, continual flow like a stream but a pulsing geyser like the Old Faithful.
Regular practices (2-3 times a week or daily, whatever we can realistically be consistent at) is what we give back to the process.
In meditation practices, work with your personality type. If you are an up-&-at-'em type then do mobil things like ti-chi exercises & walking meditations rather than sitting still to contemplate the universe. It's the same universe. Not all meditation has to be holding still to be contemplative. Repetitive and rhythmic motion, like walking, is conducive to meditation just like rhythmic breathing & repetitive chants. YouTube videos can be helpful. Body & mind need to be synchronized by new habits.
Keep it simple and do-able. Make mini rituals. Journal. Get your senses involved. Go deeper by experiencing the elements one at a time. Forget the book-list of correspondences for a while and record what your senses tell you as you experience each. Then go back & compare your experiences to the book-lists.
Remind yourself of what you love about WC, and reacquaint with it.
Edit: I have shortened this post bcs I rambled.

The path to spiritual enlightenment is the most significant journey you will ever make. In deep time nothing else matters. Welcome back to your quest.

I myself keep "falling out" again and again.
I'm a mother of three, eith three different schedules, a hous and garden to take care of and appointments of my own.
I light candles and drink tee, touch or hold my gems or stones, listen to the wind or touch a tree or plant thats calling out to me.
Thats when i remember who i am and what i'm missing!
I can't give you much advice - i do these little things and plan on dedicating some more time or making the action more of a spiritual habit.
