Merry meet everyone. I would like your advice on a particular situation and whether it'd be worth doing any spell work in this situation.

Basically my neighbour across the road her teenage son keeps asking to do my mum's garden which is fine and all but he keeps knocking on the living room windows when I'm trying to meditate which while I can do upstairs I do like to be downstairs when I do it as that's where my grandma died and I feel closer to her.

Now the reason I'm bothered about this is because 3 years ago when I was with my ex boyfriend he shouted some homophobic slurs at me and my ex. Now the reason why it's annoying is because he keeps trying to be friendly towards me and I'll be honest it's kind of creeping me out. So has anyone got any advice.

Normally as I follow a wiccan path I wouldn't like to do a spell on someone without their permission, but this situation has me so creeped out I'm considering it. Thanks for any advice in advance and blessed be.

Honestly, I don't get the sense this is a matter of spell work needing to be done. Sounds to me more like a need you might have to express to the young man how it hurt your heart that he said hateful things to you, and then let him sit with that for a minute, see what his response is. That's just me, however, and someone else might view it differently.

As a gay person, you've probably gone through an incredible amount of verbal and perhaps physical abuse. His name calling probably added fuel to an already painful, burning flame, and maybe you need to express exactly that to him. Let him respond as to why his sudden change of attitude. Perhaps an apology may come of it, or not. But it seems your heart at least needs to hear an explanation if nothing else, that it might help you heal.

And as far as his banging on the window disrupting your meditation, perhaps tell him it's disruptive when he does that, and ask him not to do it any more. Assure him you all will definitely give him a ring next time the garden is in need of work, that he does a great job and you all appreciate his efforts. Sounds like the kid has initiative; that's good. He just needs a little help in the people skills department.

I think this whole situation is more a matter of needed honest communication, not so much a need for spell work.

I think you're right. I do need to just explain that what he said hurt and to be honest I'm not 100% I'd feel happy using magick in this situation due to the fact I'd be scared of the pain I felt influencing the spell.
