Is there a ritual that you particularly enjoy? One that calms you, enlightens you, or cheers you up? Perhaps there's a part of it that you enjoy, like a certain chant, the smell of an incense, or the feel of a certain stone. Please share! :o

Long, slow, deep breaths into my hara. Hold the breath and experience it's movement, then stillness. Resonate with stillness. Exhale and repeat.

Candle baths are my favorite. Perfect stress relief.

My Full Moon Ritual. Sometimes I don't feel like getting things set up, I feel almost too tired, but when I make the effort and do the ritual it is sooo worth it. I feel unstressed, more connected and ready to face life with a surety and calmness.

I use to really love taking baths as a ritual. Lots of candles, blessed salts, flowers and crystals. We don't have a bathtub right now, so I am counting down the days until I can do it again.

Plain, old fashioned crystal gazing. It seems to open the gates. Also, back floating in a quiet lake or pool. I can fall asleep and not sink. Finally, a use for female fanny fat.

The most soothing ritual for me is clearing my mind by laying down and putting a clear quartz crystal on the "third eye".

I love picking two palm stones, bringing a warm blanket, and using a zero gravity chair for sky watching.
