DPhoenix (a member and former Mod of EUTM) once informed me she's putting together a witchcraft website and offering introductory and intermediate online course for the site.
The online courses are affordable classes and each course includes: student profile, printable and downloadable course materials, examinations, assignments and exercises to practice what you learn and of course Certificate of Completion once you finished the course with a passing grade!
I don't know if she already launched it though or if it's already running... so you better PM her if you are interested to know more about this. Here's her profile:

For Witchcraft schools I'd like to recommend:
Black Rose Witchcraft. A more quality course you will not find.

Listen to a special “sneak preview” of Black Rose on the Modern Witch Podcast. Link on their main page.
Also consider
Grey School of Wizardry, which is a more secular school and has great courses. They are very active on their private forums.

Black Rose Witchcraft is pretty good, according to those I know who've done it.
There's a lot of junk to sift through as far as I'm concerned, and I have issues with Faerywolf, but for new people coming to the Craft, it looks like an excellent grounding (and I'm told that it is).
