I wish for you to have a very happy birthday. Beyond that, I have no clue. I suggest that you visualize the best possible outcome for your wish. The caveat, is that your wish being granted is not always the best possible outcome.

So I dont have to do any like candle blow out or anything? Have you ever done anything like that on your birthday?

I used to blow out candles on my birthday cake when I was young. I'm still waiting for my horse. An example of a wish not being granted. If I had candles on my birthday cake now, I would have to wish for some hunky young firefighter to come extinguish the blaze.
Just wish for health and happiness. Those wishes can come true all year long.

Well one wish back then was to get my ex back, but I don't want him back anymore. I got a new guy and a child with him. But I wish life was easier and we had jobs and a place together you know stuff like that.

Visualization is key!!! Don't forget to visually cast a circle. Make a nice rhyme in your head for the wish, as you wish and blow out the candles imagine the smoke bringing your wish up to the gods to make it come to reality!

Hard work is also key. It may be boring, but it's essential.
