Tired after magick ?

Witchcraft 101
I read in Scott Cunningham's book(s) that when you do
your magick, be it spells, readings, or just workings.
Don't use your energy, that will drain you and if by
some chance you need to move quickly your depleted
energy will leave you sluggish.
Draw energy from Mother Earth, She don't mind as
long as you return any unused energy to her to be
recharged.
When I cleanse my stones, I feel her energy in my
feet. "I cleanse thee of negative energy, 3x
let the energy wash down the drain and into the
Earth to be recharged. I always send energies to
recycle energy within me, bringing in fresh energy
as the other flows out my feet to be recharged.
Oh, and one more thing, Gentle People...
unlock your knees standing with them slightly
bent so the energy can flow upward unrestricted.
