Under attack

I don't know where to put this, so I am sorry if this is the wrong place. Ok I have been working at the same place for years. 9 years. In that time I have seen people fired and let go. I have seen people get set up to get fired and people get protected when they should be let go.
I have been dealing with 5 women who in no other words are after me. One is a friend that was close to me. A misunderstanding that she never confronted me on and it festered into miss trust. Now for a month I have been feeling that I am being set up to be fired. I am a good worker and that would raise a red flag if I get called into the office but until then I have been dealing with them.
Yesterday one of these ladies left their id and debit card next to a computer in one of the rooms. I thought she was ordering something so I left it alone. She went to lunch and forgot where she placed it. I said it was in a room where I saw she left it. Now I get "you couldn't pick it up to give it to me". Or "why didn't you tell her before and give it to her".
I don't get thank you for seeing it. Or taking the blame on her self.
I already plan to ask for a transfer and if I don't get it I will be looking for another job.
In the mean time I have decided to do a protection spell on myself. I am worried they will get hurt, but should I be? I mean I have to protect myself and my sanity.
This is not a good group of women and my spirit guide agrees with me.

If you only do a spell to protect yourself, it shouldn't have any effect on your coworkers. It sounds like nothing you did in the card/id situation was going to be right. I think you were wise not to touch them.

Thank you Snowcat and your right I nothing I did would have turned out right. If I touched it it would have been why did I touch it. Also I did a protection spell and it seems to be repelling negativity away so far. No one will get hurt. I think I was talking out of my feelings, rather than reality.
