Sounds like it is time to do an intent spell/ritual. Black candle, a piece of string or rope to signify your bond, hold it over the candle while imagining it is this unnatural bond you created. As the rope/string burns will the bond to sever or break/burn away. Can also include an incantation along the lines of as this disintegrates so does the bond formed between me and ___. If it is a really deep bond, don't be surprised to feel a little hurt (physical and emotional) when you sever a tie with someone, there is going to be some sadness over the loss even if it is a toxic or unnatural bond. It seems like you've learnt your lesson the hard way, so I will refrain from my instructive tone. I just hope this is a mistake you won't care to make again.
First, I would like to say, I haven't ever done an undo - spell, so I don't really know much about them, but I think you might find this thread helpful http://everythingunderthemoon.net/forum ... do%20spell .
Finally, try to not beat yourself up too much over the mistake you made - it only adds to the negativity you get. I know it's hard, but you have already done it, can't turn back time, so it's useless to keep digging in your guilt. Cleansing might be a good idea too.

Do you have any of the items you used in the original spell? Sometimes you've got to dismantle the original energy. Try things like breaking and burying candles that you used, cleansing stones or burning herbs and materials inscribed with sigils.
