I would like a spell that i can do daily, something with a little charm to make me happy, and i prefer using candles

You can try positive affirmations every morning when you wake up and before you go to bed by going and looking at yourself in the mirror and say something like " I am going to happy and pursue things that will make me happy!"

OR

If you really feel the need to do something with a candle get a candle and scribe the image below onto it and say a prayer every day for happiness and light the candle and let it burn while you are getting ready for the day. When your dressed and ready for your day put the candle out and do it again the next day and so on and so forth replacing the candle as needed.

is there something specific that is causing unhappiness? My daughter was depressed about her self esteem and her lack of friends.. so we did some visualizations and affirmations.

I would have her empty her mind (as you do with meditation) and then visualize herself as a bright sun. She would then visualize lights and stars being drawn to her and coming toward her making her sun larger. She would also visualize people smiling at her and being happy to see her. (it was hard because at first she didn't believe it) She also said "I am going to have a good day" etc. After a few weeks, she now has a lot of friends and a bit more confidence.

When I'm down, I chant:

Both life and soul have lost their shine,
But I call to the greatest powers divine.
So that from day to day I'll cope,
Bring to my life a ray of hope.

More and hope spell than a happiness spell but I find the two are usually connected.

i just have depression, its no specific reason
