Hello ... can someone tell me some techniques,spells how to open the heart chakra.? i heard its important to have it if u want to open the third eye. : Blessings to all!

I highly suggest researching Buddhist/Hindu practices especially the Kundalini which is exactly how to open and balance ALL of your chakra points. Sometimes learning the background and history of things gives you a more in depth understanding of the accomplishments you are trying to achieve. Just remember there is NO quick or Easy just practice and understanding.

Other than getting attuned via reiki, the only way I would know is to Meditate with your hands on your heart chakra, and visualize the green and the pink. (both hearth chakra colors one for recieving love and one for giving it) Also carry pink and green stones/crystals with you or wear them. Its not going to be an immediate transformation without being attuned.

I side with Raconteuse on this...there are no quick fixes the only way to learn how to do these things is study their orgins and practices an then apply them yourself.

I simply meant that my statement is to "add to" and there is no side to take and no worries. Rest assured, nothing about that statement was meant to be offensive or combative whatsoever. yeah this damn typeing really causes alot ot be lost in translation. I'm glad that you share your opinions and veiw points i value them as much as I do my own.
