What type of ritual is this

I met this man who moved in next to me and he was into tarots, magick, wicca, and all things like that. I also met his girlfriend.

One night I had this dream where a man started too chant and a woman started to chant and then my chest /heart vibrated extremely strong. It´s been 10 years and I still have this fear in my chest area or heart(chakra). I cry everyday all day.

Can you help me?

this dream is just a dream not an actual ritual, this fear you still have is simply fear you fear the unknown.

I know it was a mind trick or ritual. I could tell by the way they acted. He said when you feel vibration on your heart. It is alien spirits on your ether. He was very experienced and had practiced magick over 10 years.

I have no clue by what you meant by alien spirits on your ether, but it sounds like to me you need a healing. Your heart chakra is the love center of your being. This love center of our human energy system is often the focus in bringing about a healing. Thus, the words "Love Heals All" have great truth. Hurtful situations that can effect our emotional being are divorce or separation, grief through death, emotional abuse, abandonment, adultery. All of these are wounding to the heart chakra. Physical illnesses brought about by heartbreak require that an emotional healing occur along with the physical healing. Learning to love yourself is a powerful first step in securing a healthy fourth chakra. The "wounded child" resides in the heart chakra.

Perhaps these people next door can help you break down the issues you have with your heart. You should probably have them assist you with opening your heart chakra. If you do cry everyday, then it is fairly obvious that you have an emotional issue that perhaps the people next door can help you with.
