Sweet dreams spell.

This was the first spell i wrote and up to now its been kept only to myself as all my spells have. I would be interested to hear what people think.

Help me Hypnos, I can not sleep,
although my day is now complete.
My time on earth this day is done,
my time for rest has now begun.
So watch me as I close my eyes,
as the moon watches above
and below the skies.
And bring me only peaceful dreams,
of clear blue skies and cleansing streams.

I find that lavender oil and a rose quartz crystal both help for relaxation. I usually chant the above in my head a few times until i feel myself drifting off.

I would love feedback from any of you. Also feel free to try this or alter it to suit your needs

Awesome spell, it makes me see images of skies and the sleeping child:)
Also i love how you call to Hypnos the greek god of sleep:) I also agree that rose quartz is amazing for relaxation:)

Thanks for your comments. And yes anyone who would like to is more than welcome to add it to their BoS. Its worked for me several times and if anyone else gives it a go i'd be interested to know how you got on. x
