i need a love spell that dosent involve any plants or candles, but it can involve water and dirt and so on.

Do you mean no herbs as well?

I have another one that involves A cup of milk & 21 pink rose petals.
It's to attract someone to you.

Take a bath on a Friday evening by adding to it one cup of milk and 21 rose petals. Once in the bath, form a clear, mental picture of what you want to attract. Then recite the following incantation:

"I request from the goddess of love, with great power of Nature, to make in kind that I can attract the love I wish. Now it is thus!"

Remain in the bath for at least 15 minutes.

That spells great! May I add it to my book of shadows?

I love spells that involve bath salts, oil, or fragrances. But just because I am a bit of a newbie; why 21 rose petals? Is that a power number?

Well I like the number 21, but it adds up to 3, and three is a very powerful number. (:

Next one (for specific person)
"(Name), turn towards me. Know that I turn also to you and come to me in love.
(Name), Think of me.
Know that I think also of you and come to me in love.
(Name), Say may name.
Know that I say your name and call you to me and come to me in love."

Say their name three times.
