I'm not Wiccan and I totally know what you mean. Even on most pagan forums and such, you run into more Wiccans than anything.

i am not wiccan per say i still follows some of the teachings but i am mostly eclectic. wicca is not very old religion, it was created about 50 some on years.

Eclectic witch/shaman.

It is hard to find a coven for someone of eclectic beliefs because you don't believe everything that another eclectic does and so on.
Being eclectic is choosing to be solitary most of the time.

I am a green witch/ medicine woman. I feel closer to the medicine woman, or wise woman, than the shaman. I just tell people that I'm wiccan, its so much easier than having to tell someone 'no, I'm not an evil witch, no I don't cast curses, no, I don't worship the devil'

Thats the most frustrating part of being a witch.

Shamwow! I didn't know there were so many eclectics out there...I follow most Wiccan stuff except for the gods and goddesses they worship. I would like to stay Christian. green1
