Everything Under the Moon

One night I was feeling very uneasy before bed. I couldn't seem to relax enough for sleep to come. All of a sudden words started coming to me... As I spoke them within my head, I felt the uneasyness fade with each word. Since then, I have said it every night before I drift off to sleep. It is rather short, but very comforting and relaxing. I hope maybe someone else might find comfort in it as well.

Goddess, tuck me safe in bed.
Bless the pillows for my head.
Keep me safe from any harm,
And hold me in your loving arms.

Thank u for sharing this! I might try it as well. maybe even whisper it outside my daughter's bedroom door. I've been having trouble with her sleeping thru the night. I think something in the dark is frightening her, maybe this will help her sleep.

I tried it and now I do it every night. It makes me feel so safe and my dreams are also clearer. Most of time, when I'm done saying it, I imagine myself in a lady's arms while shes rocking me back and forth. Sort of like a mom would do to their baby. :]
