I still need too buy one! Oh I forgot that they have some at spencers, but the problem is I'm very young and it would be werid buying one in an adult like teenager creepy goth place. Though I really want one to wear in pride!

I don't have a pentacle but I do wear a necklace with a Mjöllnir (Thor's Hammer) pendant on it. I have a skin allergy to most metals so the necklace I actually made myself with string, wooden beads that I wood-burned rune symbols into, and the Mjöllnir charm itself was hand carved (not by me) with wood. I've worn it in public many times and have been told it's a pretty necklace, to which I've only just smiled, said thanks, and went on about my day. I don't hide it but I don't feel the need to explain myself either.

I got one at our Spencer's, turned my toe green !
I get mine at Amazon, pure sterling silver; no green toe for me!

I wear my pentacle necklace in public quite often. I also wear a silver wrapped quartz crystal necklace in public. I figure that if Chrisitans wear their crucifixes in public then why should I feel shy about wearing symbols of my beliefs. I understand that some people get a lot of heat from family and friends and the public for such displays, but I am older now and very established in my beliefs. The opinion of others means little to me.

I was standing in line at a grocery store one day wearing my Gaia necklace when a lady said, "That's a lovely.... ah... ah..." I said, "Not what you thought it was, huh?"

Of course I wear it in public! Why shouldn't I?

Pentacles, crescents, crosses and other religious symbols can boost your energy, bio energy in particular, according to some studies. This energy can be harnessed, focused and directed to achieve certain effects with the help of these symbols, such as telekinesis and healing.

What is not so well known and recognized is that everything that we come in contact with, not necessarily direct physical contact, but even those we only look at with our eyes can affect us positively or negatively like symbols, pendants, crystals and pendulums. There is some evidence that every living organism reacts to everything around it.

But be aware, in studies it was showed that the Wiccan pentacle, which has no circle around the pentagram weakens us. Whereas the pentacle with the same length of vertical and horizontal lines and has a circle around it strengthens us. The book “Your Body Does Not Lie” showed many illustrations of different symbols with only a slight variation, yet their effects on the onlooker is great. One can test his reaction to these pictures himself by testing his muscle strength as he stares at each picture.

Very interesting, Esaru Kun. Would that book be authored by John Diamond? Just want to be sure I am checking out the right book. I always check out book references. Thank you!

I wear my pentacle in public on a daily basis now that I've found mine lol. I had another one that let me wear it for a while but has demanded it be passed to its next owner. I have to find it tonight to give to my friend tomorrow.
