has anyone ever herd of a spell that helps...regulate...your cycles? I have been on medasin for about a year and a half to regulate it and it really hasnt worked that well i dont think. Like i said i am scedualed, but sometimes it dosnt start tell almost 5 days after when it should. I was told not to worry about it by the docters but i thought it was a little too off.
I know that Rasberry leaf tea is good for that. I haven't got my herb book here, but when I do I'll look it up for you x

I have always heard that it was the most powerful time for a woman.

That it is a mystical side of woman that connects here to the feminine energies of the Divine.

It is suppose to be a good idead to see what moon cycle you flow with to see what type of magick and ritual would be best and most powerful during these times

i have read that you shouldn't do magick or any such when your menstruating or when your sick too, you can read and shop, but the goddessess prefer if you where to do it when your well so that way you dont say the wrong the things(being sick), or do it for personal gain(getting what you want, when you want it..lol..), but im hoping that it helps, i believe that i read it in the everything wicca and witchcraft book

In the book by Scott Cunningham that I have been reading when he is talking about doing rituals by the moons, he says "Women whose menstruation coincides with the Full Moon may be doubly or triply empowered."

Having got fertility problems I have tried everything including track moon phases.

Women are supposed to be very powerful while menstruating and in some cultures women took this time alone to think of the old passing out and refilling with positive and new energy.

I did not have regular period so I tried the theory that a woman is more likely to ovulate during the full moon, as the light is more during the night. That means roughly (every woman is different) that 14 days after ovulation you get your period. So as I do not like keeping the curtain open I make sure I put a small light on for about 4 days on about my 14 cycle day. This hopefully brings on ovulation so 14 days later I expect a period and so far it has arrived. I sleep in the completely dark the rest of the month. I don’t know if it works or just a concoince but I have tried different time of the month and they have worked the same. I have noticed my cycles go from 26 to 50 days cycles to 36 days cycles for the last 4 months.

I don’t know if this helps but it worked for me. Now I am just waiting for the day my period don’t turn up but we will have to wait and see.

That is very interesting. I will have to try it. Like I had said above, if I am not on the pill I won't have a period. I was on it almost 2 months ago, my period should have been here the 11th, and it hasnt came. I have been like this my whole life. Female problems run in my family. I guess about a year ago i tried natural herbs that were supposed to help, that didnt work, and i went 10 months without a period at all.

This feels a little weird talking about it but i find the comment about the 3 days after the new moon intresting, i am "scedualed" to start 3 days befor the new moon or on it. But i do have a question, has anyone ever herd of a spell that helps...regulate...your cycles? I have been on medasin for about a year and a half to regulate it and it really hasnt worked that well i dont think. Like i said i am scedualed, but sometimes it dosnt start tell almost 5 days after when it should. I was told not to worry about it by the docters but i thought it was a little too off.
Not sure if your problem is with bleeding too much ... but if it is have you thought of going onto the contraceptive injection ... ppl who have them virtually have no periods from what I have been told .. x[/b]

In my case, I start to bleed at the Full Moon, which to me is a sign perhaps my personal power is at it's peak, ready to leave me at the New Moon....my time when I am least fertile, much like the Crone. I don't really think its an offront to the Goddess, to work spells while menstrating....The Goddess knows when our time is right bear children, she will give them to us when she thinks we're ready. Now, I AM on Birthcontrol, which I see is just alittle extra helping hand in not getting pregnant. Plus, it makes for some rather nice Beltane fun :P But usually, if your concerned about the birthcontrol, and are ON BC I would consider dong magick while on your period, as the pills you take while your bleeding, in the pill pak are placebos (sugar pills) to keep you on track. This way, you are not actually taking BC. You still might have residual chemicals, but I doubt it since they are a once a day pill and small, so they go through your body quickly. If you're on seasonale, heh. Good luck with that one. Which actually can be interesting as you get four cycles a year which could be intune to the solstaces and equonoxes....aaand I am rambling.

I also start menstruating on or around the New Moon and generally should ovulate around the Full Moon. My partner and I are also trying to get pregnant at the moment so I have been keeping a track of them. We have been trying since March and still no luck. I am only 22 and I thought this would b a lot more easy. Any suggestions to help this happen.

Blessed Be

Don't get discouraged because you havent gotten pregnant yet. Sometimes it does take time. It took a year and a half with my daughter. When we would try I wouldn't get pregnant, but as soon as we quit trying I got pregnant. Shyanne is almost 3 now. lol. We want another one. but my periods never come when they are supposed to. its like 2 months late again.

I'm sorry you are having problems as well. We have kinda stopped actively trying at the moment cos i have been having some depression problems but we are still not using any contraception so maybe it will just happen. A friend of mines aunt is a bit psychic and she told me that i would be pregnant by next march if i didnt try to o hard so maybe it will happen soon.

its always hard to say. I hope you do end up getting pregnant. Babies are so wonderful. I wish Shyanne was still little. lol. With me, Shyanne helped out with my depression. She gives me the will to do things that i need to do.
