San Francisco , here comes Binxy Hollow !

Truthfully , laughter releases so much in both the body ,
and the psyche...a great healing method , and agent...;)

Also , when it gets warmer , and it is time to garden ,
get your hands in the soil...earth contact , is a healer...

Epsom salts in your bath...not shower , yet a relaxing bath...

And then there is the "Coyote Ritual"...

If you are truly interested , I can explain what that is...;)

Try and push all my anger into a crystal, then try and purify it with water energies and take the energy back in.

In my own experience, it is better to use Aquamarine or some other "lunar/water" stone. This way the energy is directly transmuted.

In addition, what is your sun sign? If you're leo, Scorpio, saggitarius or Aries, this might contribute to your aggitation.

I agree. The best healing method, even if sometimes it comes out hysterically. It gives your mind the feeling that it bursted. If it was through being aggressive, crying or laughing, is irrelevant. Important is to let it out in some way. Thanks for reminding me Shawn! :-)

Oh, or you can also go to such a thing  https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_ ... 8330342673. In one hour, you get all the anger and probably life force out lol

Edit: I remembered another option: creating a dream world where you can release your anger in any possible way, without actually hurting someone (just don't put a course on someone...I'm not sure how that works). Also, be careful not to rely on that world too much. In time it can evolve in something simmilar to the multiple personality disorder. If used wisely, it can be your most powerful alli.

Oh how I wish I could remember anything when I need it and not in sequences :)

Merry meet!
I had lots of bottled up feelings as well.

For me practicing sports helped, as Bychan Wulf said. Some sports like boxing or fights may help to release some of that physical stress you might feel. Martial Arts are very good, in my opinion, because they teach self-discipline and auto-control too. And you also learn how fright and defend yourself. :)

However a therapist or psychologist is usually recommended too. I did a bit of therapy to control and understand my emotions. It could be either one to one with a psychologist or a Group Therapy guided by one specialist with a few people who share the same experience.
They can really guide you and make you see the way for yourself. This is only my personal experience, of course.

If you are open and listen to yourself your mind and soul will find that balance.
You know best what is good for you.

I wish you good luck in your quest! Blessed be!
