If you ever get an electronic item wet, phone, mp-3 player, computer etc the best possible thing you can do after drying it off is leave it alone. DO NOT turn it on or try to dry it with heat just set it somewhere warm and safe and leave it for at least a week. It will dry naturally and can often be saved. The problem with trying to turn it on right away is that the lingering moisture can short out circuit boards etc.

So was mines...u can try putting it in rice..also depends how much water...but I just left mine alone and decided to turn it on and presto it worked I'm thinking the spell had sumthing to do with it tho
