Man, I need to visit this thread more often. I forget I have this trait sometimes, and that there are things you have to do to keep from getting overwhelmed by it. I forget to do those things then wonder why I feel like crap. Though I don't drink or do drugs, sometimes it's not only what we "don't" do that keeps us healthy; it's also what we do do, as well.

Overwhelming, yes! Even in malls on days I can feel everyone's emotions around me, though I can control it, it gets to my core sometimes.
