Tarot issue!

Hi,I'm new here,I mean to this forum,but I do practce witchcraft for 1,5 year so here is the deal,I first bought a tarots deck,and it is awesome,never lets me down,but here is the thing,I saw a new deck and I bought it too (its the Animals Divine by Lisa Hunt) I love the drawings and the whole deck,I boight it and now I have two decks,ok don't think I'm crazy but I think of tarots as kind of alive tools,so I'm afraid to use the new deck out of fear that the other one might not working if I do that,I know I sound crazy but seriously for me its an issue.So any suggestions?

Well, I only have one deck.

However, I have a friend who has multiple decks (I believe 6). She uses different decks depending on who she does a reading for. Some decks just call out to her for certain people or situations, I guess. And they all work just fine for her still.

If you consider them living tools, maybe sit down with the two of them and explain that just because you have two doesn't mean you like one better than the other, explain the situation, etc. Maybe it'll help.

Hello, ok so when I first started learning tarot I used a graphic deck to help me learn the symbols and motifs that followed each card. When I switched to a more traditional deck I had some issues with clarity in my readings, but once I familiarized my self with the new deck my readings were very accurate again. I think tarot has more to do with the reader and your connection with the deck. Play around with your new deck, give your self a little time to adjust, if you still feel like your not receiving ideal reading switch back to your old deck. In my experience it never hurts to try new tools that’s how we learn and expand our preferences.
