Yesterday i bought a soldering iron & an engraving set so i can make more stuff to sell on my online business i am hopefully starting... i've come to terms with the fact no one is going to hire a pregnant lady lol so i figure if i set up a little stress free business from home i'll earn a little bit of money to earn my keep hehehe.
ANYWAY... last nite i had a test run and i engraved a rune onto a crystal i have been wanting to make into a talisman for a while... a perfect rectangle Snowflake Obsidian and i engraved Wunjo onto it =D It looks great!!
Then i got my metal scrying bowl that i bought from an op shop for $2, its pretty plain looking, three feet, silver bowl, i engraved some runes into the side of it and now it looks like i would have paid about $30 for it lol. Im going to engrave a small incantation along the inside of the bowl in runic to make it look awesome and give it more power. It looks like a family airloom now hahah.
Anyway i'll post up some pics, but the main reason i got them was to make more witchy type stuff to sell =D Like wooden runes with the soldering iron, and crystal runes with the engraver, and i have a set of pewter goblets i bought for 50c each i am going to make them look fancy =D
Anyway i wanted to brag cuz i am engraving up a storm today lol

Thanks!! Yep, Etsy will be getting a work out as soon as my visa debit card comes in the mail >_< im sick of waiting for it hahah. I have so much witchy stuff that i make that is just gathering dust lol.
And yes engraving is so much fun.
I just wrote an incantation for the inside of the scrying bowl...
"I call to the element of water to reveal that which is hidden"
But not only did i not have enough room for it (I ended up having to write "I call to the element of water to reveal the hidden")
but i buggered it up lol, instead of writing "the element OF water"... i wrote a L instead of an F in runic lmao so it says "I call to the element ol water" hahahaha... i'll leave it till i think of some brilliant way to fix it
