Hello Stormer89.

I have an easy chicken recipe.

You will need 4 chicken breasts w/skin & ribs on.
1 pkg Good Seasons Garlic & Herb salad dressing mix (or which ever you like)
1 stick of unsalted butter
A pan deep enough to cook them in covered w/out the foil or lid touching them. If you don't have a pan deep enough, start them in the pan skin-side down.

If you only do two breasts, cut the butter & mix in half.

Oven to 375. Total cook time 1 hr.

Foil the pan for easy cleanup.

Wash & pat dry the breasts and put in the pan or deep baking dish.

Cut 8 little pats from your stick of butter & stick two pats each under the skins of the breast. Your finger can easily separate the skin. If too much to bother with, just cut the butter up and lay it all over the top of the 4 breasts. Then sprinkle the seasoning packet over the top of the chicken.

Cover and bake 30 minutes. Then turn the breasts over and return to oven for another 20 minutes - uncovered.

You may want to check it to see if it's drying out. If so, you can baste it once or twice in those last 30 minutes. If you don't have a baster, a large serving spoon can work.

After 20 minutes, return the breasts to skin side up and bake for another 10 minutes to crisp up the skin. You can also turn the broiler on for a minute or two. But it's not necessary.

hehehehehehehehe....... In writing it out it seems complicated, but really it isn't. It always turns out moist and yummy.

I hope that helps you.

Cooking is good. Think of it this way, now you can practice for your next new victim!

I've been fortunate to not have too many mishaps over the years. But hey, ya live and learn. Sometimes from others mistakes.

Like, when I cook stuffed peppers I remember to cook the rice BEFORE mixing w/the meat. My StepMom forgot on her first 'dinner' for my Dad. Luckily no one broke any teeth and we all learned from it.

Also, to always remember to check that turkey for bags of parts. Cuz ya really don't want to cook the bird w/them in there. My poor sister was mortified when she realized she's forgot them.

Usually my mistakes are in appearance. Something will look like hell  but taste pretty darn good ::coolglasses:: It becomes a 'plop' dish. I have a few of those.....

go get some noodles-in-a-cup put a tablespoon of chicken flavoring and a tablespoon of garlic salt, let your sink water get as hot as it can put it on low fill it just a bit above (1/4 inch) the noodle level and wait a while.

For cookies i suggest the nestle recipe, y'know the one on the bag
