Look Into My Eyes

I need a little help... Please tell me ANYTHING you know about staring or gazing into another person's eyes that is related to witchcraft of any kind (santeria, voodoo, hoodoo, etc).

This is the second or rather 3rd experience I've had with this "gazing" thing. The first person was someone I knew who practiced santeria.

Anyway, recently I had this happen with a guy and his friend. I was looking at him because he looked familiar to me and I couldn't figure out how I knew him. I had intended to say "Hi" or ask him if we went to school together, as he was looking right at me. MOST people look away from one another after couple of seconds, or either smile or say hi or something. And while it wasn't a menacing look, and at first it felt like "the look", it was still an odd experience. I didn't even say anything, I guess because that eye contact thing became rather weird.

I really didn't make much of it until I saw him a second time (all of a sudden I've been seeing this guy in my area A LOT), and this time it was his friend who locked eyes with me. Again, it wasn't a mean or menacing looking. At first it felt like a "creepy old man" look, but this guy had a rather strong and strange vibe bouncing off of him.

I wondered if it might be intimidation of some kind, but their facial expressions weren't hard, angry, etc. There was nothing negative in their posturing. (We can tell when someone is trying to stare us down in a mean way or if there is any hostility there usually.)

The guy in question is actually someone who used to have a crush on me, who I never had any interest in (and plum forgot about) until now.

Magical or mundane, any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated.

It'll take some time to contact my friends, because they are in the US, but a few of them were telling me how they could read things about a person by staring into ones eyes. (It was a while ago, so I have forgotten all the details) They were saying something about the eyes being a door to ones soul, and that with training they could read a person, or if two experienced people 'read' eachother they could communicate via eyecontact.

Then, one of my friends started talking about someone who was living inside him, and how he was trying to fight to keep him surpressed because he was his evil self. He said something about this manifesting as a twinkle in his eye. Then he went to a mirror and stared into his own eyes for a while...

So, take what you want from it, but if you'd like, I can ask them about eye gazing.

If you could ask them, it would be greatly appreciated. I will look online a bit more to see if I can find anything, but so far I haven't had any luck.
