Music
How many use music when they meditate or perform rituals and if so, what are your favorites?
I’d like to find some music to help with my meditation but am not sure what would work best. My upstairs neighbor is a bit noisy (I don’t believe he ever sleeps) and would like to be able to offset that with some relaxing music.
It’s funny, his noise never interfered with my old way of meditating, in which I would just clear my mind and listening to my breath. Now, since I have started the techniques in the book I am reading, where I focus my meditation and direct it, every little noise and floor creak knocks me out of it.

Only through silence can we truly hear the words of the Goddess and God.
Thanks! That song works and they make some very cool looking Book of Shadows. The Mermaids Tears. WWW.Witchesmoon.net

I love all kinds of music, but these are two of my favorite CD's I use when "working"-

Yeah it's latin and probably a little blasphemous, but I love it anyways.

I like to listen to Gregorian chant when I'm meditating. Because it doesn't have a particular tune to it you don't end up distracted by the music.
I'm also very partial to the two CD's by Patrick Bernhardt "Atlantis Angelis" and "Solaris Universalis". And some of the CD's by Steve Halpern are very good for meditation as well.
