Sorry SL SapphireRoad, I haven't been paying much attention to here in the last couple of years. Right. I am thinking I am doing this with my mind in sitting meditation. I feel the core is in the heart area and the aura is very well around it. With the mind ABOUT NEUTRAL, the core is invited to experience faith and the aura is to relax, as indeed the mind must be the soundest thing of all.
I do violet flame in meditation with sound mind as well - the trouble with new agers (not magicians, imho) is they get it too airy-fair and imagine themselves some way silly. A SOUND MIND is such an invincible and honest thing that I do believe getting one is "worth it!" Enlightenment, the masters of India, this stuff is an honest course too.
I keep attracting negative spiritual energies -advice needed
