Spell for removing feelings

I prefer transmogrifying hurtful emotions rather than suppressing them. I learned this when I was 11 and figured there ought to be a use for the energy. I’d imagine the hurt and resentment as snarls of rusty barbed coils and pull it into my belly, into my gut, where it was transformed into clean, refreshing water. It was many years later that I discovered this was a shamanic technique used to transform magical attacks into self empowerment.

I attempted this, but I made a few changes.

I chanted, "I am washing all limerance for (name) onto this paper. I replace it with patient love."
I wrote "limerance" inside of the circle and surrounded it in thorns. On the outside, I wrote "patient love".

You can get rice paper from Asian cooking supplies in larger grocery stores and write on the paper. Then place it in a bowl of water and see the paper dissolve. Or use water soluble ink or water color paint on tissue paper and see the message dissolve.
