Re: What herbs are these?Dream spell herbs
There were no herbs used in this video spell. She only said she'd talk about herbs in another video. In this video spell she held up a bowl of garden soil to represent the earth element & she placed it at the north of her table; to represent the air element she set a vanilla scented incense cone at the east, saying that vanilla had romance properties (& she visualualized a wedding); a red candle to represent the fire element went at south; & a glass of water for the water element was placed at west. Placing elemental symbols at the quarters anchors our work into the material, physical realm & is why we "call the quarters" when casting a circle. She stressed visualizing the dream you want to send in detail.
Just by googling the search phrase "herbs for dreams" I found jasmine & mugwort can be used for dreaming. Jasmine has a sweet scent so would bring sweet dreams. Mugwort aids psychic abilities. Add a bit of rosemary for rememberance to aid dream recall in the morning. You could make a sachet to put on the pillow.
