I'd like to do a spell to help me feel more satisfied - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I tend to put a lot of pressure on myself and often feel very dissatisfied with my career, environment, accomplishments, and other things. I believe this attitude has contributed to unhealthy eating habits, too, ranging from overeating to purging to extreme calorie restriction. I'd like to use this spell to work on the cause and the symptoms. (I am getting professional help as well.)
My concern is I don't want satiety to result in complacency. I still want to feel motivated to strive for better, I just want to be happier while doing it and to make the feelings of urgency and failure less overwhelming. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to clarify this intent? I feel my spells are most effective when the intent can be expressed as a single-clause sentence (For example, I'm working on a spell where that sentence would be "I make healthy choices."), but I'm struggling with that synthesis here. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Re: Help with clarifying spell intent
Accomplishment & being satisfied with a task's outcome isn't complacency. It motivates us to do it again. We can always nit-pick where we might've done this or that better, but would it have altered the results? No. When we're satisfied with an accomplishment then everything that contributed was like Goldilocks & just right.

Mandalas, simple square mandalas to stare at, because reality has been accomplished already.
