When I have to use a red candle for a love spell does it really matter what shade of red it is as long as it's a red candle?

A nice true red rather than a washed out pinkish red is better imo but I think that’s personal preference

We see colours because they emit a wavelength. Its that wavelength that gives colours its different attributes. If you are using a Red candle for something that requires a passion, power, and to evoke 'RED', then a washed out red will give you weaker results. Or at least softer results.
