Spell to go on a Spiritual Journey?

I am preparing to go on a serious spiritual quest and I'm wondering if there is a spell that could help me on my journey? Thanks so much!

Tech gets weird sometimes. Luck is always a good choice. Whether the journey is Astral or has a physical component, I don't rely on luck but it's better to have good than bad. Strengthening yourself for the journey is another good idea, I've found. I'll put up one that I like in PW's Medicine Wheel. Invoke the hawk to keep your vision true. An invocation of Horace, Athena's Owl, etc. will work, just adopt and adapt to your Pantheon.

While I don't have a spell on hand, there are some practical measures to consider as well. Make sure you bring what you'll need- if you do not plan to fast you could possibly consider bringing along a few healthy snacks, also I am sure you are aware what to bring can depend on what sort of spiritual journey you plan to undertake, a vision quest for example, usually requires one to fast, you may only wish to bring along some water.

One thing I can suggest is during the trip if you meditate of course be open to meditation.

Simply observe your thoughts, and meditate on your life path, you may find nature may reveal to you certain things, about your path, or you may find latent talents you did not know you have. Etc.

Main thing is simply enjoy the trip, enjoy this time simply being, and at peace.

Planewalker mentioned some interesting ideas I feel as well, invoking of hawk, or Athena's owl. They're are probably many deitiy, or patron ideas for invokation for journey- for Catholic Wiccans Saint Julian comes to mind, or other ferrymen, traveling type figures. Don't fear getting creative with it.

That's a good idea, I might do that too. Here is an idea:

- I will be the shock to the system
- I am myself unconditionally
- the truth will be my deliverance
- I will attain ascension of the physical body
- I am the one creator forever

And to write down things along the way, especially wants. My will I am...

If it's a day-trip physical journey you have to take care of the body with hydration & protection from the weather. So carry water for the journey going out and for returning, a flash light, map, & a rain poncho can double as a ground cover even of your "journey" is to a furnished retreat House.

Any spell format you care to use will work to set your intention (see Simple Spells post) but IMO a candle spell coincides nicely with inner illumination.
